Questions trainers actually ask

Does my client need a separate app?

No. Your client uses the ordinary Kiptly app — the same one anyone can download. There is no client-side coaching app to install, no second account, and nothing for them to pay for.

Can my client see what I write about them?

Yes. Your notes, your comments on a session and the intake are all visible to the client they are about. There is no trainer-private field to write into — we removed them rather than keep a privacy we could not honour, because a note about a person is that person's data.

Do I have to use the web to coach?

No. Everything here also exists in the mobile app, and most trainers use the phone between sessions. The web is for the work that a phone is bad at — programming a whole roster in one sitting.

What happens if I stop paying for PRO?

There is a grace period first, during which nothing changes for you or your clients — a declined card is meant to be recoverable. After it, the cabinet stops opening client records until you subscribe again. Nothing is deleted: your account, your clients and their history are all still there when you come back.

Which languages does Kiptly speak?

English, Russian, Ukrainian and Polish — the app, this site and the cabinet. Your client reads it in their language and you read it in yours.
